Question: Do you ship World Wide?

Answer: Yes we do, Shipping is $9.95US, Free shipping for orders over $60.

Question: How long will my order take?

Answer: Depending on where you are in the world it could take from 7-28days.

Due to COVID there can be delays with shipping and time frames. Please note this is out of our control but we will do our best to try and help.

Question? I haven’t received my item, what can I do?

Answer: If 7 working days have passed and you have not received your item, please get in touch via besilaneco@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note: We don’t ship products on weekends, so please allow for an extra couple of days if you ordered over the weekend.

Question: Can I track the progress of my delivery?

Answer: Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Questions: Can the silicon products be placed on the dishwasher?

Answer: Yes they can, they can also be heated in the microwave.
